Our support contracts are designed as value packages providing total peace of mind for larger clients.

All support contracts have a 12 month life span. Any hours unused after this period will be forfeited (at our discretion).

ALL SERVICE CONTRACT PRICES ARE EXCLUSIVE OF GST.

• 10hrs same day response* $1500
• 20hrs same day response* $2800

*Notification must be given before 12pm for same day response.

Next Business Day Onsite Service

• 10hrs next day response* $1100
• 20hrs next day response* $2000
