Even though we are not a ‘Authorised Service Centre’ we do provide an non-warranty repair service for a wide range equipment and devices and will track down the required replacement parts if required. For warranty services we will help fast track your service through a ‘Authorised Service Centre’. This means we can supply both warranty and non-warranty repairs in a timeframe are faster than most and the lowest possible price.

Peace of Mind

For urgent situations we have a same day callout rate which allows us to see to your problems as soon as possible. Same day response service contracts are available. We generally have loan equipment for emergencies or short term rental. If your hardware faults while under warranty we can organise a fast repair. In the meantime we will keep close tabs on any delays on parts and keep you informed.
